  • All used trailers are sold “as-is” and “with all faults”

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect used trailers thoroughly before purchase

In some cases, a limited warranty may be offered in writing for specific components.

If a limited warranty is offered directly by us, it will:

  • Damage from accidents, overloading, or improper towing

  • Tires, brakes, and other consumable parts unless specified

8. Transportation Costs
